- contributing to the positioning of Korn Ferry Futurestep as an attractive place to work and the preferred employer
- co-creating and managing Korn Ferry Futurestep Poland Facebook fan page and Instagram profile (Facebook Ads through Business Manager, IG sponsored posts, post creation & edition, IG stories, content planning etc.)
- Social Media monitoring (BuzzSumo, tested SentiOne, Brand24), automation (Buffer, Later)
- cooperation with Global Marketing Team for local Social Media initiatives

On daily basis, I am in touch with over 15 sourcing channels suppliers in most countries of EMEA and cooperate with over 20 Project Managers of over 20 accounts of Korn Ferry Futurestep RPO and Projects for sourcing and employer branding connected matters.

Nandu is a Polish funk-soul-pop music band of which I became a Project Manager. I am helping them to fulfill the goal of making their first album!

Sourcing Channel Project:
- Managing all sourcing channels for the EMEA Solutions business
- Vendor management: managing relationship with external providers

- Identification of training needs,outlining training content and objectives and ongoing improvement of trainings

Futurestep:
- Training and facilitation of defining the project scope, goals and targets to newcomers
- Onboarding newcomers to internal and client’s CRM systems (Avature, Microsoft CRM, Searcher Express)
- Assistance with minor IT issues, being an interface between users and the client helpdesk

Supporting two projects for medical devices sector in Switzerland:
- Recruitment for: Medical Devices Product Manager and Diabetes Senior Medical Affairs Manager
