Delivery management and reporting to Board for a portfolio of projects
• Appoint project managers for delivery engagements and approving appointments of key team members
• Ensure that adequate project reviews are carried out. Personally leading the reviews of all projects/programmes of where there are significant risks/issues
• Ensure successful delivery of projects through regular reviews, reporting and supporting the Project Manager where necessary
• Review bids for all new business opportunities
• Identify at bid stage key resources that will be required to delivery projects
• Work with the client engagement teams agree appropriate client governance (e.g. project steering boards) and agree Service Lines attendance in client meetings as appropriate
• Deliver target P&L from all projects
• Review (against the agreed timetable) the projects forecasts for both committed and follow-on/extension work (to include as appropriate Orders, Revenue and P&L take

Major Project Management Responsibilities: Projects Initiation, Planning, Scheduling, Tracking and
Reporting, Resource Management and Cost Control, Risk Management, RFP & RFQ preparation, Proposal evaluation and Supplier Selection, Presentations preparation, Negotiations Leading;

SunSystem’s Administrator Responsibilities: Financial System Design, Setup and implementation into whole company, financial reports preparation and presentation to the Board of Directors, Conducting trainings for new system users

Participation in number consulting and IT implementation projects.
Preparation project documentations according to PQIS (Professional Quality Implementation Services) methodology.
Making presentations for clients.
Conducting trainings for new financial system users.
