• As a Head of HR: providing 4 months’ investigation regarding suspended managers; conducting disciplinary hearings; dealing with a strike action; assisting in cases regarding discrimination in the workplace (protected characteristics: sex, sexual orientation); supporting solicitors with the management of employment tribunal claims and settlement agreements; minimising the occurrence of line management problems and issues and fostering a positive climate for ER; controlling payroll and financial policy
