• OBI chain of building supermarkets – campaigns of opening 20 markets and promotional actions in whole Poland; Internal Public Relations (2400 employees) in cooperation with trade union representatives, a corporate bulletin (in Polish)
• PHILIP MORRIS social campaign STOP 18: 10-year campaign preventing the sale of tobacco to underage persons, creating the name and the sign, advertisement, Internal PR

Most important projects regarding HR and L&D area (90 employees):
• HR duties and tools developing and implementing from the ground: the handbook with operational policies and procedures; all positions descriptions in the bakery; a new content of employees’ contracts; preparing all documentations regarding eg. termination of employment, garden leave, maternity&paternity leave, redundancy process, grievances; a transparent salary structure including a market-based, equitable and cost-effective reward systems; organising employees’ files according to the employment law requirements; establishing and training the team regarding HR and Health&Safety duties
• As a Head of HR: providing 4 months’ investigation regarding suspended managers; conducting disciplinary hearings; dealing with a strike action; assisting in cases regarding discrimination in the workplace (protected characteristics: sex, sexual orientation); supporting solicitors with the management of employment tribunal claims and settlement agreements; minimising the occurrence of line management problems and issues and fostering a positive climate for ER; controlling payroll and financial policy
• Employer Branding: creating and executing a strategy alongside consumer marketing and communication (North West area and Scotland); Internal Public Relations regarding implementing Food Safety and BRC standards
• Trainings employees: modules programme for production managers (basic management skills) & for sales department
• EAP: training and supporting groups for addicted employees (outsourced), legal information
• Recruitment: developing position description; advertising; review applicants and preparing short list; conducting interview; checking references
