Team Leader Transactional Accounting
Range of responsibilities:
• Leading, managing and motivating a team of 15-20 accountants;
• Manage the continuous improvement in a team and individual performance;
• Provide a high quality process performance;
• Follow up and resolve issues and queries from internal stakeholders;
• Comply with policies and procedures;
• Contribute to process improvements and cost reduction;
• Review and report results;
• Assist in measuring performance against Service Level Agreements.

Accounting Expert (AP)
Main responsibilities:
• timely and accurate processing of complex accounting transactions according to process documentation,
• support, follow-up and escalation of identified issues,
• participation in migration and roll-in projects (process expert role),
• contribution to process improvements, standardization and documentation,
• participation in experts' network,
• active Team Leader and team support in all process related tasks,
• preparation and conduct of trainings.
