GBS Technical Support Manager Architectural Coatings EMEA
Implementation together with the local AC Technical Services teams an EMEA GBS Technical Support team who will service the business on support areas as Colour Support, Technical Support and Client Link complaint management as well as Training admin.
Transport Planning Specialist
Manage transport planning activities, organize single transports and managing its offers in an effective and cost efficient manner.
Solve problems in relation to pick-up, transport and delivery (in case of delays, difficulties) and forming potential solutions to transport problems to ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner.
Management of any related transport queries in respect of delivery times, delivery dates and estimated arrival times.
Ensure that the planning operation achieves the monthly KPI targets, follow-up cost, complete analyses and maintain databases.
Work as part of a flexible team to ensure high levels of service are achieved.
Closely cooperate with warehouse, customers, stakeholders and external suppliers.
Identifying potential cost reduction and improvement opportunities to enhance the profitability of the transport operation.
Proactively develop, recommend and implement cost savings and service improvement tools in support of the transportation strategy.

(regional division of task: domestic and international).
Active participation in transition processes (mapping of the process, working on improvements, designing new transport planning processes, implementing new rules of cooperation between multiple groups: service providers, warehouse, customer service, shipping dept.)
Being key person in logistics projects and tender events (cooperation with different teams in the aim to prepare the transport tenders, gather and present business specific requirements, participate in nomination processes and building together with businesses the transport strategy).
Actively propose new saving initiatives, being focused on improvements and automation processes.
