Order Management Specialist (Regional)
• Being a Single Point of Contact for Hungary, Serbia, Macedonia, Bosnia, Bulgaria
• Preparing agreements and Order Forms for the Clients
• Ensuring that the agreements with customers are legally, technically and commercially compliant with the policy of the company
• Collecting information required to process orders (user data, product reference details, installation detail, billing dates, sales codes, billing account contacts)
• Managing the order process from end to end : quote and contract creation, order-entry and providing product entitlements, creating and monitoring the billing.
• Working in several systems: CRM Siebel, SAP, Salesforce, SPM,
• Contacting account Team on daily bases
• Providing clear and accurate estimations of timelines for resolutions and service/product delivery; coordinating and tracking efforts to ensure that these targets are met.
• Playing a key role in improving service results
• Working with a vast array of nationalities and cultures both internally and externally, so high degree social and cultural sensitivity is required.
• Building long – term relationships with external and internal customers
• Managing the workload between other cooperating Teams
• Managing and resolving external and internal queries related to quote/order status, billing, client account information/permissioning, sales reports
• Implementing release of billing for all services and charges
• Escalating the delays when it is needed
• Solving compliance tickets
