Responsible for merge of newspapers "Dziennik" and "Gazeta Prawna", for Internet development, advertising sales, events&conferences and PR for the company. Infor Biznes despite “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” owns also the online services Dziennik.pl, gazetaprawna.pl, forsal.pl, totalmoney.pl, di.com.pl, paid web services for HR and bookkeepers. The company is owned in 51% by Infor PL and in 49% by Axel Springer Polska.

Several awards from media industry were given for this merge. It was prepared and executed in 4 months! During this period most of the editorial staff from Dziennik was integrated with Gazeta Prawna, new structure and layout was prepared, new internet strategy was prepared; the final concept for the newspaper was invented and published. After 6 months sales of the new newspaper increased by 50%, the advertising revenues over 100% vs. the old Gazeta Prawna.
