Capacity Management:
- monitor capacity trends based on the information exchanged with vendor
- escalate issues and to distribute information within Deutsche Bank
- participate in the capacity meeting with vendor capacity management
- initiate capacity changes by capacity monitoring
- approve changes affecting capacity as required
- agree with vendor capacity management on plan schedule and templates
- agree with vendor on joint capacity plan
- resolve and escalate issues within Deutsche Bank
- request and initiate capacity reviews as required

Wintel:
- manage and support Windows Servers, physical and virtual 200+,
- manage and support VMware ESXi Servers, VMware vCenter Servers,
- monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvement,
- monitor system backups (Tivoli Storage Manager) on daily basis,
- install software, apply patches, deploy application changes, upgrades and releases,
- manage and control of servers, storage media, backup, storage planning, allocation, monitoring and decommissioning,
- taking ownership and care of the technical issues,
- manage of users in windows domain, permissions, distribution lists, security groups, Sharepoint groups,
- maintain physical hardware in two DC for proper operation and coordinate installations, moves and repairs,
- manage vendor warranty and breaks & fix works,
- MOD role - support 24/7 systems after business hours,
- member CAB

wintel:

- end user support for VIP's (CEO, board members)
- hardware (workstations, laptops) , IT equipment (printers, scaners, switches) and software installation and configuration,
- support and troubleshoot and resolve hardware / software / network issues,

- coordinate and manage relationships with support and 3rd party suppliers on issue resolution.
