NTM Development and Qualification Manager

Responsibilities: ensuring that NTM qualifications and new developments comply with JTI quality standards, suporting all JTI factories and licensee production locations regarding NTM, setting up strategy for NTM development.
Maintenance and Project Implementation Manager
Responsibilities: managing maintenance and project implementation teams; managing all Make & Pack related projects implementation; ensuring machine availability and proper functioning; triggering and following various improvement projects in technical and organization areas according to Lean Manufacturing principles; supporting material tests; participating in new product development process (NPD); cooperating with production department in order to deliver finished goods on time; managing cooperation with suppliers; planning and controlling spare parts and maintenance / service budgets.
Process and Project Manager

Responsibilities: designing and introducing product modifications in order to reduce costs and improve quality; implementing new products; cooperating with suppliers.
R&D Progettista Strutturale (Structural Designer)
