Senior Recruitment Consultant
Responsible for the whole recruitment process in Finance & Accountancy area
• Identifying market opportunities and building new partnerships
• Negotiating rates and terms of agreements with clients
• Maintaining relationships with existing clients to enable to network into new business areas
• Sourcing, screening, evaluating and selecting experienced Specialists, through a structured
recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidates
• Liaising with hiring managers to understand staff needs
• Sourcing talented candidates, using internal data base, advertising, referrals and head hunting
• Coordinating recruitment process: closing candidates, arranging interviews, managing
subsequent feedback
• Following up the integration of candidates
• Participation in the PR activities (comments for the media, branch articles)
