Leading and running the Inside Sales project for Ultrasound using third party service provider. Based on experience expanding it to other modalities and markets.

CEE Ultrasound Application Specialist
Managing demo ultrasound systems distribution to ensure extensive customer product experience. Delivering product demonstrations and customer assistance during sales process. Coordinating field marketing activities and lead generating operations. Leading close cooperation with internal customers, distributors across CEE. Organising marketing events (conferences, congresses, trainings) and providing support on the site. Taking up the process of digital customers’ database creation. Coordinating internal and external communication within commercial operations. Proactively resolving issues across functions regarding promotions, new product releases to meet customer commitments and orders targets. Collecting and analysing data related to ultrasound commercial and marketing operations. Supporting commercial CEE team with product quotations and customer interactions. Managing resources and logistic for customer education activities. Ensuring highest level of demo utilization. Budget management. Cooperating with the most important ultrasound schools in the region.
Ultrasound Business Coordinator
Driving the overall execution of the customer quoting /pre-order/order entry processes (meeting customer criteria, valid product configuration, valid pricing models, revisions, compliance with international and local trade rules and requirements). Organising product trainings for distributors. Acting as key contact and liaison for internal (Sales, Service, Marketing, Engineering, Logistics, etc.) and corresponding external customers (direct and/or dealers) to ensure on time, high quality quote processing/order fulfillment, contemporary processing of customer related work and customer satisfaction. Resolving and escalate issues across functions regarding contract requirements promotions, new product releases to meet customer commitments. Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.
