Searching new products for B2B market, permanent cooperation with current suppliers, searching for new clients, benchmarking suppliers’ offers and improving terms (production LT, prices, quality). Participation in branch fair across whole world (The Netherlands, Germany, Poland)

Responsible for managing 12 production line (planning capacity, preparing analyse of key components, cooperation with global network of suppliers and customers ( Germany, England, China, Switzerland, Italy, USA) improving lines transfer process, improving production process.

Responsible for preparing documents for purchase and production departments, managing, monitoring systems of past and current production. Planning capacity of production, cooperation with the technical department in construction and design field, cooperation with the marketing department in the filed of productions trends and preparing some analyse involved in this process. Cooperation with the sales and transport department in filed of monitoring orders and key clients.

Responsible for contacts with clients (information about products, prices, offers, terms of delivery, negotiation concerning old payments), preparing documents for transport, preparing orders for productions, maintaining stock levels. Providing marketing and technical information to current clients and potential.
