- L2 supporting Compuware Changepoint and Notilus users (maintaining tickets, supporting by e-mail or phone) - mainly Project Management, Customer Service, Financial Controlling, Resource Management Departments
- cooperating between Changepoint users and Level 3 support (describing incidents, preparing test documentation, user documentation, testing customization solutions)
- cooperating between Changepoint and Notilus users and L2 Support of other applications (ERP, BI, Notilus, Cashpooler etc) in order to solve requests related to data interchage between these systems
- cooperating between EMEA Region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Latin/North America and Asia
- assuring required knowledge level of Changepoint and Notilus users
- providing reports to Changepoint and Notilus users
- Changepoint and Notilus administration

Working closely with internal and external Customers on ERP based solutions and projects. Introduction of new functionalities in Baan 5, UAT preparation, creating technical and end user documentation/training materials. Key user and end user trainer for ERP BaaN 5, Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP SNC, EDI in Supply Chain department various functional areas like material fulfilment, purchasing, planning).

Coordination and implementation of the transfer plan, the implementation of a new product or withdrawal some products in the logistics requirements

Additional duties: testing and implementation of new functionalities in the Baan 5 and Kinaxis Rapid Response, streamlining of existing processes, staff training

Placing orders with suppliers, monitoring of supply, collaboration with the warehouse, quality, transport and engineering departments. Working primarily with Microsoft Office, BAAN 5 system and Kinaxis Rapid Response
