I just moved on the position of General Accounting Specialist

I Helped customer by phone and by email to resolve their technical and billing problems regarding MSN Products (Hotmail, Messenger, Spaces, Hotmail Plus, etc.).

I worked in the French Public Administration Sector for which I designed the internet server in Italian and French language in which I described the tourist and cultural attractions of the Region. Moreover, I created a page on which I placed some information about the immigration of Italians to Lot-et-Garonne.
I would also sell typical products of the Region via internet and I worked on improving the current sales.
