I was responsible to create the account of new customers and maintain existing account also in European zone. Also I was requested to maintain the existing price list of the customers through many different campaign discounts. In global my responsibilities was to control customers data base and provide reports to Sales Manager. The programming language used was SAP, Navision 645 and ECS.

I started to work as a Call Centre agent for Radio Spare Component Company which was based in France. My duties was to call and provide new products offers to the clients. I was responsible to call and inform the clients about new promotion. Part of my goal was to call the customers and make sure that the customers has received the new catalogues which renewed every 6 months.

As career experienced I have been employed by Club Med. Company for 5 years as a G.O. (gentle organiser). Club Med is a resort with all-inclusive holidays. Within these 5 years I have been a Sales specialist in Club Med Boutique (shop) where I could develop my skills as far as serving an international clients and providing him/her with expectated service. This post was lead ny an IT system. The system was based on stock control and point of sales in the shop where it is control by WAN network for our main office in Paris and LAN the local finance department
