Acting as the main point of contact for all the stakeholders (cooperating with Hiring Managers and Principal Resource Specialists to understand role demand and business requirements to identify candidates and role requirements, right to work, contract details: salary, benefits, etc. and providing recommendations to HM’s), assisting HR Managers, Senior HRBP’s and candidates with recruitment and HR related queries, providing assistance to the Client Services Manager to develop the selection strategy for each role recruited and agree the recruitment strategy with Hiring Managers), maintain the recruitment system to accurately reflect the status of all selection activity, managing workload, ensuring that data integrity and accuracy and SLAs are met by the team, communicating and explaining any process changes to the team, providing shadowing sessions to both Senior Management of the business and training sessions to new joiners, taking ownership of the Operational Manuals and other process documentation, conducting spot-checks, conducting process reviews, making suggestions for improvements and cooperating with the Business Assurance Manager on implementation, coordinating ad-hoc projects, building collaborative relationships with the client, managing escalations and high volume of queries via e-mail and phone, participating in operational calls, supporting Team Leader with productivity trackers management.
