From January 1997 i worked on Company HPR which was part of Bigggest Company operating on the market of the building & assembling services all Steelworks in Poland. Main target market (in scope of repairs and modernization) remains iron & steel industry as well as non-ferrous metallurgy, mainly the plants belonging to ArcelorMittal Poland S.A., as well as ISD Huta Częstochowa, Huta Bankowa, Huta Batory, CMC Zawiercie and other.

Assembling services can be specified as follows:
- prefabrication of steel structures,
- erection works (steel structures, machines end equipment),
- prefabrication and laying of power pipe lines (gas, water, steam, compressed air, instrument air preparation, oxygen, hydraulics, lubrication systems and others),
- repairs, assembling and start up of cranes and pressure devices upon approval of the Technical Inspection Office,
- welding works in a wide range of applied technologies and applicable materials,
- thermal insulation of equipment and installations, refractory laying of industrial furnaces (ceramics, soft materials).

I was responsibility for:
- elaboration of technical documentation:
• investment projects
• cost estimates
• after completion built-in documentation
- elaborating projects of work organization and necessary time schedules,
- supervision of erection and engineering design regarding all branches involved,
- final acceptances, start up and commissioning.
