Responsibilities: Managing development, implementation and continual improvement of the operating methods, equipment, systems and other operating infrastructure used to realize operating goals and objectives. Directing and coordinating all aspects of manufacturing operations for the plant or facility in order to produce cost-effective, timely and high quality products in a safe, secure and sanitary working environment. Developing efficiency strategies to ensure the plant meets production goals and standards at minimal manufacturing costs. Manage annual budget and investment projects. Analyze all customer metrics and recommend improvement to all SPAN. Maintain efficient quality of all products within required budget and prepare schedule. Instituting policies and procedures, training supervisors and administrators, maintaining a production schedule, giving performance reviews and motivating staff to meet production goals. Provide support to all manufacturing teams and manage efficient integration of work flow. Overseeing programs and practices for hiring, performance management and developing/training the personnel that perform and support the plant operating functions.

Responsibilities: Definition of the strategic objectives for the plant and control their implementation. Managing and overseeing the plant & employees and observing departments to make sure smooth and efficient running. Co – creation budget & division targets for the plant and Organization with its realization and regular follow – up keeping optimum ROC & ROI with linked FCF, EBIDTA, ... Planning, organizing and directing the manufacturing and maintenance operations, which ensure the most effective run of the assets. Managing and controlling all manufacturing, purchasing and distribution operations. Generating and directing plant policies and procedures. Establish group & individual accountabilities throughout assigned departments for problem solving and cost reduction, both on a permanent & ad-hoc basis, depend on needs. Stimulation, establishing and maintain a positive community relationship. Representing URSA externally follow given position and MB plenipotentiary. Foster a well – trained and motivated staff basis on strong communication among Team, conduct employee performance review. Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, quality, Customer service and shipping. Co – operation with Central Engineering and R&D structures. Animation of improvement activities and projects, allocate necessary resources with its financing. Creation plant short & middle and long range goals in terms of schedule reliability, quality and form. Common change of plant processes through SWOT analysis based on weak points’ elimination and continuous improvements to get synergy results. Allocation of resource follow safety and environmental rules. Managing of value streams. Supervising common processes within commanded area

Responsibility: management of production for OE & AM business (exhaust systems); organise common processes and management of value streams, related to Clients’ requirements; create and realize core strategic plans; generate efficiency and productibitiy improvement actions and works; Accelerate the implementation of Kaizen activities; co-create and keep budgets and expences; lead projects for transfer production lines; implement new products and technologies; support purchasing, quality and engineering team

Responsibility for serial production management; planning production sequence due to incoming client’s orders, basis on Kanban system; carry on of quality of on – going production, supervise of line and product QRQCs; implementation of new strategies, parts, products and people involvement; increase of the direct labour efficiency; improve TRS; increase production output from the line; coordinate and follow up on VPS activities; coordination and acquisition of training programs for cross-functional personnel; promotes Valeo 5 Core Strategies and VPS; continous follow up of employees’ multiskills and multicompetence levels
