Production operational management including inbound & outbound logistic, engineering, maintenance, lean manufacturing.

Production management, production planning, introduction of new products, continuous improvements on key performance indicator: Safety, Quality, Productivity.

Responsible for inbound and outbound logistic (production planning, purchasing, warehouse management, product packing and shipment).

Start-up of new factory. Build the team of experts responsible for production maintenance, process and product engineering, quality management and health & safety.

- Building team (during company restructurisation found best-fitted people, prepared area of responsibility and standard connection with other teams, Updated ISO procedures and define requirements for each group member)
- Production sustainability, product allocation management, machine utilization and efficiency improvements, ergonomics, reduction of cycle time, quality improvements, audits, work instruction updates, investments for new equipments, preparation of budgets etc.
- Participation in implementation DFSS (Design For Six Sigma)
- Production “preparation” management – machines’ programs updates, tooling ordering and control etc.
- Maintenance department’s support with machine repair, preventive maintenance and improvement actions (analysis of breakdowns, and major stoppages, correction actions).
- New product implementation - production upgrades, execution of sample runs, report to designer design issues.
- New process development – searching for new technology, business case creation, supplier’s evaluations, process release.
- Implementation of process control tools like SPC, Critital Process Parameters tracking, PPM analysis.

- Implementing and supervision of “Lean Manufacturing” concept
- Stock elimination in supply chain (final assembly, WIP and material stocks)
- Developing of material and production kanban system
- Designing of new workstation (U cell and continuous flow)
- Balancing operations (optimal capacity adjustment)
- Wastes reduction in whole production process
- People training
- Work standardization
- Implementing of visualization system (boards, andons etc...)

Responsible for software development (testing) for Lucent's digital exchange.
