AAP3, IBM, Ecolab, Teekanne, APPLY Poland, TODO Solutions and many
more. My responsibilities were to provide highest level of on-site service.
Experience gained in International Paper allowed me begin working with ITIL
standards. I was responsible for end user contact and work in close
relationship to maintain systems and develop ways to avoid further possible
problems. It was first time when I had to figure out ways to solve distaster
situations where large amount of users was not able to perform their day-today
duties.

IT Customer Support Analyst
I was providing service support with migrating from Lotus Notes
to Microsoft Exchange solution. I also was supporting global helpdesk with my
knowledge and previously gained experience with desktop computers. Very well developed
analytic skills allowed me to give one to one trainings, participating with other projects
(server license management of EMEA) and be treated as one of main helpdesk
member. I had a phone contact people with all over the world handling their wide
problems online if possible. I was working with strong cooperation with helpdesk
with more complicated cases to solve issues as soon as possible and with best
result to the customer. It was a short-term contract.

This was first time when I provided basic one to one support to users from
Companies for which we were providing IT service. I had a chance to design complete
networks (in small businesses (Ascan Empresa, Kelton, Mantis) and also in factories
(Folmar / Opus / PackFilm) as well as make complete network installations. We were
working on site as well remotely using remote access software such as UltraVNC, TeamViewer and of course basic Windows Remote Desktop Protocol. Making sure of
customer satisfaction was my personal goal. Keeping possible highest level of served
service was my task.

I was testing, benchmarking and reviewing all the newest technologies of computer market.
I had day to day contact with leaders in the market i.e. Intel, AMD, nVidia,
Kingston, Wilk Elektronik, OCZ, GeIL, ASUS, Gigabyte etc. I had chance to meet
with people from various PC component suppliers as well as participate in conferences.
All the time I was monitoring computer market and internet foras and also I
was obligated to contact with people from all over the world using internet boards
to keep our informations up to date. I participated with few trainings from
electronics in MSI, visited memory fab localized in Łaziska Górne in Poland
(manufacturer of Polish memories known as “GoodRAM”).
