-Collaboration with the wider Business Support team
-Uploading vacancies, close/fill roles in Taleo; source/post roles via various channels; set up SONRU video interviews; testing: SHL assessments or Skills
-Response to all requests ensuring SLA’s are met.
-Produce weekly reports as required and ensure compliance with client requirements.
-Undertake if necessary special projects, determining approach, compiling/analysing
data and preparing reports with recommendations
-Continually review and monitor systems and processes and suggest methods of improvement.


From October 2016 to February 2017 Supporting Graduate Programme of Anheuser-Busch InBev. Main responsibilities:
-Ensure all tracking systems and databases are maintained in accordance with policies and procedures, that requires:
-Response management to all requests and effective escalation where necessary ensuring SLA’s are met;
-Manage the candidates through the recruitment cycle process which includes pre-screening, reporting on tests results, calling candidates with feedback;
-Undertake if necessary special projects, determining approach, compiling/analysing data and preparing reports with recommendations;
-Support the recruitment process to ensure that related activities are supported through the recruitment system;
-Assist wider teams with booking of interviews and updating the recruitment system and schedules as appropriate;
-Undertake additional activity supporting general recruitment during quitter times which may include job postings, issuing satisfaction surveys and uploading job vacancies to tracking systems as required.

-Interact with HRBPs, Employees, Line Managers and other First Point Teams across Europe and globally
-Drive a process improvement and simplification agenda for Employee Lifecycle processes
-Deal with escalations of queries and issues across a spectrum of HR activities received from Diageo employees including: Employee Documentation, other employee lifecycle processes and procedures or Organisation and Position Management
-Maintain complex employee data on Workday, execute all JML changes to data right first time and instructing payrolls
-Create accurate support documentation for all employee lifecycle events, secure approval, issues, tracks and files
-Resolve all queries escalated to tier 2 including: investigation and customer interaction, carry out specific projects throughout the year e.g. benefits enrolment, visa check, organisation restructure support etc. Including planning, team work and execution
-Active ambassador for the HR model in the business, coaching employees and managers through their People Processes, on the use of self-service, about Compliance requirements and also how to best leverage HR support
-Taking part in Business Simulation
-Taking part in the project of Graduate programme
-Act as back-up of Lead Advisor
