Main duties is to led the shift and to make and sell irresistible coffee and support management to operate whole store in daily basic. Delegating staff daily jobs, increase sales and and keep up to date procedure such as cash handling and banking, maintain stock orders, creating displays, changing and following POS brand standard, outstanding customer service. Protecting Costa's brand image. I enjoy my part time job and I love keep up good relation with our clients. I used my initiative to create children art station in our store, I managed to reduced our wastage to minimum by preparing special offers. In September this year I climbed the highest peak in Wales for our Costa Fundation Charity with my work team and we raised £742.
