• Supervision of the Company in the area of compliance and ensuring compliance with OH&S regulations and standards,
• Development and implementation of a OH&S management system based on ISO 45000,
• Ongoing cooperation with the Company's Clients and Outside Companys in order to ensure safe working conditions on the project and to continuously raise the level of occupational OH&S,
• Ongoing monitoring of OH&S conditions at projects located in different places in Poland, reporting OH&S condition to the CEO,
• Advise the Project Managers, Construction Management Team, on Safety, Security, Health, and Environment issues
• Managing the Risk management in the framework (risk assessment, analysis of threats resulting from the specification of implemented projects), advice in the selection of collective and individual protection measures,
• Reviewing health and safety documentation (Work Organization Projects, Safe Work Execution Instructions, Risk Assessment Tasks).
• Creating various materials promoting the culture of health and safety such as: tool box talk presentations, safety instruction, periodic training presentations, Conducting initial training and organizing periodic training,
• Conducting accident investigations and analyzes, near misses, and recommending and implementing preventive measures.

• Conducting pre start meeting & information inductions. Organizing and conducting initial & periodic trainings for Erbud employees.
• Collaborate with clients for safe working conditions on the project.
• Ongoing advice and cooperation with the construction / project management in the field of work safety and environmental protection, meeting the requirements of the ISO 45001 and 14001 management systems and internal procedures.
• Monitoring and maintaining collective statistic labor of: work hours and events, accident, near misses & observation of Erbud Industry sp. z o. o.
• Lead and assist in the Risk Managementing process operation (Risk Assessments, Job Hazard Analysis)
• Promoting and enhancing the safety culture among with the team and subcontractors companies working on the construction site.
• Enforcing compliance with the OSH management system on the project.
• Monitoring and documenting current H&S status on site, doing safety inspections of work places and construction sites
• Developing various forms of popularization of occupational health and safety issues, organizing health and safety workshops, thematic workshops, tool box talks.
• Conducting accident investigations and events, analysis of the primal causes with the implementation of preventive measures.
• Creating and verificating EHS documentation such as IBWR, BIOZ, risk assessment, professional risk and other required by law legislations, internal management system and investor requirements.
• Current control of employers documentation: required qualifications, medical examinations, OSH trainings and other permits required by Polish regulations and internal company rules.
• Consultancy in the selection of PPE and other equipment used to secure workplaces and to improve safety.

Organizing and controlling the EHS management system as well creating and maintaining the strategic action in this area,
• implementating them in different projects and teams in the southern regions of Polish
• Responsible for creating & caring out EHS documentation,
• Developing and conducting professional risks, safety instructions based on legislation, ISO 18001, ISO 14001 and accordance with Skanska standards,
• Creating and performing: safety & initial trainings, toolbox talks,
• Participation and conduct accident investigations, analysis of the primal causes with the implementation of preventive measures.
• Cooperation with external companies to improve safety on projects through: the organization of theoretical and practical trainings, modernization and adaptation of equipment used for work.
• Supervising projects in difrent places at the same time, mainly south western Poland: Katowice, Krakow , Kielce

• Managing the OHS team within the company's organizational structures,
• Reporting the health and safety to the Management Board of the Company,
• Determining and supervising the implementation of annual health and safety goals for individual departments and the OHS team,
• Supervision over the functioning of the health and safety management system 45001,
• Conducting internal audits,
• Ongoing cooperation with clients in order to constantly improve security on projects,
• Cooperation with Branch Directors and the team implementing the project in the field of management of the work safety and environmental protection system,
• Promoting and improving a safety culture,
• Enforcement of compliance with the health and safety management system and environmental protection within projects,
• Monitoring and documenting the current health and safety status, carrying out ongoing inspections and analyzes,
• Developing various forms of promoting health and safety issues and conducting thematic workshops,
• Organization of periodic and vocational training for the Company's employees.
