The Delivery Project Executive (DPE) is the Primary focal point for IBM service delivery in support of our client’s operational environment on a medium to large contract. The DPE ensures client needs are satisfied by constructing partnerships between the Project Office, clients, vendors, and subcontractor organizations, and managing the implementation of these partnerships to ensure positive customer satisfaction.

DPE manage contractual cost, schedule, and service or product deliverables as they relate to the delivery organization. They manage IBM resources and coordinate client resources to deliver services and solutions to support the client organization. The DPE supports the Project Executive (PE) in identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability.

DPE own quality for service provided by the delivery organization and are responsible for tracking and reporting on service level performance.


My top tasks:
* Develop and sustain excellent customer relationship through deep engagement and delivering continuous value by meeting customer expectations and by responding to all escalations and customer complaints.
* Provides account leadership to the service delivery team and direct teams to develop delivery strategies and implement solutions to meet contract deliverables.
* Responsible for managing the projects in terms of SLA delivery, Customer satisfaction, Customer reviews, renewals/ enhancement of business.
* Improve the delivery systems, processes and policies to enhance management reporting, information flow and business process and organizational planning.
* Ensure that quality procedures are used as a tool to improve customer satisfaction and to achieve the excellence in service delivery
* Manage and supervise assigned operations to achieve goals within available resources
* Ensure that service delivery takes place based on the Service level agreements.

Service Manager for Nordic Customers

Responsible for day-to-day services provided by IBM Delivery Centre Poland for Nordic Customers.

Main activities include:
* Support overall customer relationship and customer satisfaction
* Deliver cost effective, standard customer measurements in line with contracted commitments
* Support Account planning/strategy
* Responsible for Security and audit compliance, reviews & actions
* Manage within overall contracts costs and provide input to budgets
* Provide leadership and direction to the Service Delivery teams
* Working with the DPE/SDM own level of service quality and Service Delivery performance

I have managed, to successful setup first BAU service delivery from Poland.

Some responsibilities include: project scoping and planning, developing cost structure, tracking and reporting deliverables, and contract and risk management.

My responsibility on that position was focused on supporting international clients with technical problems, acting as primary contact for initial questions and also for escalations.
