- Ensuring efficient Problem Solving of 0km, warranty or internal issues i order to identify root causes of occurence, non detection and system weakness applying San Gen Shugi attitude
- Ensuring reactivity in QRQC managment on line and APU level in order to respect Stop at First Defect
- Ensuring contamination action in case of process in degradation
- Supporting and couching APU team in quality tools ( PDCA, FTA, QRQC, SGS, FMEA)
- Ensuring stability of LLCs and transversalization of external LLC
- Supervision and report APU Quality actions plan weekly progress
- Guarantee funcionality of existing Poka- Yoke and propose new ones
- Ensuring comunication & reactivity with internal customer (production complaint management)
- Analysis of TLR and SCRAP pareto
- Ensuring respect right FMEA methodology for each of APU station included Genba verification
- Monitoring and reacting in case of deviations based on SPC data analysis
- Active participation in industrialization phase of new project
- Ensuirng Quality induction program for APU new comers
- Ensuring and developing quality competence of APU quality networks
- Monitoring APU NCQ and supervise cost eradication program
- Ensuring effcient action plan and reactivity to process audits deviation found
- Participation in efficient P-30 plan ensuring quality standards
- Follow up of R&R level for measurement devices used in APU

From 2014 additionally as Quality Project Team Member

• transfer of few lines to Russia
• implementation / training of engineers from Russia
