- Manage future implementations and hardware development by collaborating with various business areas, system owners and key stakeholders.
- Define requirements and monitor those through to implementation.
- Collaborate with vendors and sub-contractors.
- Develop and maintain implementation and enhancement project plans.
- Manage project with specific focus on deliverables, tasks and due dates.
- Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and internal controls within organization.
- Establish project plans for creating, enhancing and deploying new products and services.
- Enforce successful implementations across multiple functions in organization.
- Recommend management of status of all ongoing projects.
- Anticipate delays and initiate plans and alternative solutions.
- Collaborate with all cross-functional team members/system owners to accomplish required tasks and provide project updates.

- Responsible for choosing and verification of the foreign subcontractors and suppliers.
- Implementation of new project conception and new technologies.
- Supervision of the production process of the prototypes and all technical documentation.
- Project management (also EU Project Cycle Management) – documentation, reporting.

Special Systems’ Implementation Department
- Coordination of the projects with suppliers and the finale users.
- PC’s peripheral devices design, casing of the I/O devices – steel, aluminium.
- IT units housing design – mechanical constructions.
- Supervision of the prototypes production process.

- Assisting in setting up the company in Poland (daughter company of Page Computers, Inc.).
- Responsible for managing independent tasks.
- Data and budget management.

- Training on the FF: P&IDs, System Control Diagrams (SCDs), Computer Point Index for SAS, the Project Engineering Dynamic Database (KESYS Light), ProArc.
- Looking into definition and implementation of process section for all instruments.
- Assignment of the equipment for various areas, subsystems, allocations.

- Keeping the record of complaints and claim handling concerning Industrial Controls products. Completing data basis with complaints.
- Maintaining correspondence with Customers and Danfoss Technical Departments.
- Performing chosen technical tests of equipment and preparing initial opinion concerning the correctness of complaints.
- Completing and dispatching Catalogues, Data Sheets, Certificates, Approvals etc.
- Giving basic technical information according to my products and technical knowledge to Customers and Danfoss Employees
