Financial Business Analyst

• Responsible to put controls in place to ensure all transactions follow appropriate processes
• Review and approval of all customer contracts both standard and non- standard for compliance to HITACHI VANTARA policy and financial risk management
• Engage legal, commercial and services team as appropriate to ensure everything is properly contracted in order to maximise financial return for HITACHI VANTARA
• Face to face customer negotiations as required
• Provide input for various analysis on country/territory performance
• Co-ordinate processing of monthly non-standard invoicing to customers and assist to resolve any collection queries

Deal Support Analyst
• Review and approve all in scope orders for proper revenue recognition
• Ensure all assigned deals are evaluated for compliance with VSOE, SOX and HV policies (now also IFRS standards)
• Review and approve Professional Services SOWs in a bundled multiple element arrangement
• Supporting Deal Support Managers to provide the best possible support for the regions
• Upfront support of Sales and Sales Operation teams early in the sales cycle assisting with financial non-pricing related deal structuring
• Assist with the review and development of financial T&C’s
• Faced and recommended solution on multiple non-standard deals • Direct cooperation with country manager
• Involved in IFRS15 testing and modeling
• Ensure all assigned deals are evaluated for compliance with VSOE, SOX and HV policies (now also IFRS standards)
