1. Production planning under new technologies:
1.1. Design, development and implementation of new technologies and production processes.
1.2. Designing production lines (layout, production flow).
1.3. Determining the demand for the type and amount of means of production.
1.4. Acquiring offers for means of production in the field of new technologies.
1.5. Cooperation with producers of production means in order to optimize production means and processes to the specific requirements of the customer.

2. Preparation and launch of serial production:
2.1. Creating detailed production concepts for the new technology.
2.2 Designing and piloting the construction of production facilities.
2.3. Supervision of the supply of means of production.
2.4 Supporting the Production Planning and Preparation Department in supervising the construction of prototypes, preliminary series and 0 series.
2.5 Allowing the production process according to customer requirements.
2.6 Pilot projects using new technologies until production start (SOP).


3. Series production:
3.1 Supervision of structural changes requires the use of new technologies or the selection of new means of production.
3.2 Continuous optimization of processing of production processes based on innovative technological solutions.
3.3 Design care over the process of resistance welding of a joint.

4. Design care over the process of soldering, automatic isolation, ESD.
4.1. Supervision of current and newly created production lines.
4.2. Supervision over the proper functioning of the machines.
4.3. Supervision and active participation in solving technological problems related to the technology of soldering, automatic isolation, ESD.
