Key Responsibilities:
o Generate Electronics/Electro-mechanical sub system and unit level specifications from the system requirements and specification
o Investigate and troubleshooting CAN messages of the faulty machine features using CANalyser. Experience with SAE J1939 protocol for diagnostic on CAN.
o Support the production in Prototype and Pilots of the new machine release at JLG Manufacturing centre based in Belgium.
o Create electric schematics using Routed System Designer software (7.0).
o Compliance with necessary environmental and EMC requirements. Participate in cross functional and systems review meetings. Support system validation activities including EMC and functional tests.
o Preparing manufacturing documentation required for product manufacture (installation instructions).
o Preparing and performing Product Valuation Audit (PVA) for pilot machines at JLG Manufacturing centre based in Belgium.
o Supplier’s management and coordination including support for procurement and quality management.

Designing prototypes of tele-handler machines in order to achieve the most efficient and cost effective way of producing the highest quality produce. My main responsibilities include: correct drawings according to latest revisions, detailing, create installation drawings, create electrical harnesses from scratch, preparing manufacturing documentation required for product manufacture. Software used is ProEngineer. I also create safety decals using Corel Designer software

Line operator, various stages such like: body in white, assembly, and paint shop also quality control

General customer service, cook help, kitchen staff

Getting familiar with product development process and quality control. Working to production targets and tight deadlines.
