• Supporting customers, resolving incidents, managing service tasks, and monitoring application activities,
• Integration Issue analysis and supporting Manhattan WMS with the SAP-ERP, WCS (KNAPP), ASRS(KNAPP-OSR) and Logistics Management Systems (Centiro) for seamless supply chain operations,
