- Management of Electronics Team in Technology and Maintenance Pabianice / Business Group Pabianice to assure optimal performance of technical units and minimal maintenance cost consumption.
- Identifying improvement opportunities in the production and their implementation regarding industrial base according to business needs
- Creation and maintaining external and internal network of suppliers and engineering companies in field of realized tasks and projects.
- Supervising of electrical breakdown and preventive maintenance process to reduce the failure rate
- Supervision of calibration and replenishing inventory of electronic SMED components
- Organization and realization Maintenance processes according to instructions and in line with ISO/TS 16949:2002, OHSAS 18001:2007 & ISO 14001:2004
- Caring for the development of subordinate employees (internal and external training and other activities in order to raise the level of competence)
- Continuous monitoring of 6S in area of responsibility
- Active part in the development programs implemented in the Business Group Automotive Pabianice e.g. Lean, TPM, Quality Improvement Competition

- Managing entrusted projects according to “ITM execution process” or other agreed approach within the budget, time control. Manage risks and contingency plans to keep added value of implemented solutions.
- Improvement of processes and equipment based on Lean Manufacturing concepts (Value Stream Mapping, creation of Future State and implementation, trainings for employees and management)

- Creation and monitoring cost reductions, productivity increase and cost control program via roadmap in cooperation with Management
