Steria International, Katowice, Poland, as Team Leader, Z/os monitoring pilot for IBM Mainframe. Project related with outsourcing service for “Societe General Banque”(biggest French banque).

Levy & Wright, Krakow, Poland, as Project Manager in Real Estate, responsible for two projects, one palace from 1625 and an old Hotel in a lake region (to be demolished and rebuilt) – First stage done and sold to a bigger group.

World Class Poland, as Regional Operations Manager(responsible for 3 units (Wroclaw, Katowice and Cieszyn), report to Country Manager and to President of W.C.International board.

Wroclaw, the operation was profitable after just 3 months, reached break-even at 76.000pln monthly net (May 2007), 20.000pln monthly net above target (800 members - 800m2 of total area).

Katowice was at the time (May 2007) 20% above target. It was my first project in Poland, nearly from “Shell-core” (February 2004). After some ups and downs during my absence (May 2004 till May 2006), the club has approximately 600 annual members, for 1150 m2 of total area.

Cieszyn (Management Contract),my project from “Shell-core”, broke even after 6 months with 250 annual members (small unit).

World Class International, Le Meridien 5 Star Hotel / World Class Academy Amman, over 5000 m2 (Spa, gym, in and outdoor pool + 1000 room hotel) – management contract, General Manager, 347 year memberships at the arrival, 53 weeks later 605 members (around 75% increase).

World Class Katowice (Monopol Hotel 5 star, Likus Group), it was my first project as Sales Manager/Project Manager, in Poland. Pre-opening and consecutive 3 months, 250 yearly memberships sold (cash up-front). My 1st. participation ended at 14th May 2005, taking over it again after 2 years.

Esporta, Health and Fitness Sweden AB – Membership administrator and Debts collector. For a while I accumulated functions also as Sales coordinator.

World Class Sweden – Sales person, Operations Assistant, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, in Kista and Slussen, Stockholm.

Whitbread Leisure Industry Ltd - Travel Inn Capital Hotel / as F & B General Supervisor (185 seating restaurant, 100 seats bar, where Costa Coffee also existed), day-to-day booking, banqueting, billing and cash management. Micros and Fidelio were the operations systems, in the restaurant, bar and reception.

Utilbar Limited – Lisbon, Portugal- Co-owner -10 permanent employees, up to 750 seasonal / temporary workers – contracts with the biggest sport and show arenas in Portugal, 3, 5 and 10 year contracts. Some events had 120.000 people present, over 100 bars alltogether. Estoril Formula 1 G.P. and International concerts of large size. Company activity comprehended food and beverage supply, over 60 expresso coffee machines bars alltogether.
