Responsible to help and drive results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our AMS business group within Alight Solutions.
• Service Delivery relationships with AMS clients, handling escalation / new requests or other concerns.
• Coordination with client stakeholders e.g. internal delivery teams and AMS leadership
• Manage AMS client projects and customized invoicing.
• Resource allocation for all AMS projects, workflow/task management and client reporting
• Maintain annual forecast to ensure accurate depiction of historical revenue as well as forecast of future months.
• Responsible for all recurring hour renewals and ensuring clients use all the hours that have been allocated to their account.
• Assist in developing new tools that cater to client deliverables.
• Partner with the Sales Team in growing existing client revenue and, as needed, in landing new clients.

As an ASM Manager, I was managing application support and maintenance team, for supporting 10 European clients along with 300+ internal customers. Working in offshored multi-site delivery model, with vendor management of outsourced IT staff (change, production support, development, testing and MI).
Accountable for all Client Technology services to HR Outsourcing clients serviced from Europe. Services include;
• Application Design, Development and Testing
• Technical Projects coordination
• Application after deployment Support
• 2nd Tier SAP support – SAP Administration/Payroll projects/testing/transition
• Incident management – HRBPO BAU issues
• Oracle support – coordination in-between Client and vendor for all system changes
• Disaster Recovery – Smoking testing for all business critical application and infrastructure.
