Management and building a new standard of training at Triumph for Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia. Building the team responsible for off / on the job trainings. Analysis of training needs. Building and coordination of internal and external trainings for managersand shop teams in the subordinate countries.
Personnel Management Specialist
- Business support from the HR department for Tchibo Stores Department and Tchibo Stores Administration Department
- Creating standards for HR management and documentation in Tchibo Stores Department
- Participation in modifying the organizational structure of the Tchibo Stores Department and
Tchibo Stores Administration Department (distribution of competencies, responsibilities, etc.)
- Developing standards and managing recruitment and selection processes, planning employment
- Managing the annual evaluation of employees
- Developing of career path policy at Tchibo Stores
- Preparation and implementation of programs, Assessment and Development Center
- Prepare training programs and plans for key employees
- Implementing e-learning platform for Tchibo Stores
- Preparing and implementing systems of wage and non-wage incentives
- Ensuring proper internal communication
- Implementing and managing employee satisfaction surveys
- Participating in the implementation of remuneration policies, incentive schemes and non-wage benefits
- Daily cooperation with managerial staff (developing job descriptions, preparing salaries simulation, providing information on functioning HR solutions)
- Co-operating closely with the Payroll Department
- Preparing recommendations for hiring new employees and documents necessary to end co-operation with our staff
