JIGCC project description: Package 1 contract comprises the Gasification Unit, the Soot/Ash Removal Unit, the Acid Gas Removal and the Hydrogen Recovery Units. Package 2 contract includes six Sulphur Recovery Unit (SRU) Trains and relevant Storage Facilities.
Responsibilities/ Accomplishment
• Coordinating work of GAO department in project site - 16 individuals (3 HR Coordinators, Saudization Coordinator, Transport and HR officers, HR Clerks)

HSBH and ARABIYA, Long Term Agreement, MRJN and ZULUF project - OFFSHORE division, Saudi Arabia, Dammam/Khobar, Client: Saudi Aramco
Responsibilities/ Accomplishment
• Coordinating work of HR department - 16 individuals (HR officer, time keepers, HR Clerk)
• Executing PMP plan in manner of mobilization and demobilization of resources, discussing with HOD current plan, and revising accordingly to approval of PMT
• Reporting HR related activities to Project Manager / Project Director / Client
• Implementation of S922 system for time controlling and reporting
• Participation in coordination meetings with head of departments and PMT.
• Mobilization of manpower and injection to the subcontractors (during engagement in project more than 6000 employees)
• Organized dedicated meetings at site with construction management, and site supervisors
• Activation and engagement HR department in HSE area by encouraging to site visit and issuing SHOCK reports (over 600 observations)
• Cooperating with external manpower agencies in order to fulfill urgent needs of project
• Analyze the HR related issues incurring on a day to day basis and identify the relevant solution
• Providing man-hour data to cost control department of 4000 employees on monthly basis
• Provides active support to Project Line Management, HR Deputy Manager and compensation team for running the talent review process, executes data analysis and action plans
• Coordinating to provide services to employees such as requested certificates, arranging travel and necessary things such as visa
• Awarded with HSE observation of the month

• Performing induction for new arrived employees
• Keep track of employees working in project (over 400 employees)
• Taking care for residential permits and visa preparation before and after employees arrived to Kingdom
• Cooperating with external manpower agencies in order to fulfill urgent needs
• Taking active participation in meeting with our subcontractors (as example Boskalis) to support line manager with local content knowledge and experience.
• Arranging transportation and accommodation for higher management arriving to Saudi Arabia for missions
• Taking care of supplying site project office in various consumables
• Arranging missions for local and expatriate companies to various countries, taking care about hotel, flight and visa.
• Analyze the HR related issues incurring on a day to day basis and identify the relevant solution
• Providing man-hour data to payroll department on monthly basis
• Taking active participation in arranging required permits and ids to enter work sites
• Managing team of 3 individuals involved in HR department (more than 2 years’ experience)
