Project Manager/Party Chief:
•Worldwide projects and seismic land and transition-zone crews management and coordinate throughout definition, establishment and execution phases in terms of planning, risk management, contract administration, cost control and documents management
•Production, logistic, service, quality, operational costs, financial process in distribution and production enterprise
•Implement project services strategy and procedures
•Valuation, Ensure and monitor plan and budgets, time schedules and execution plans until completion for projects in Poland and worldwide (i.e. Germany, Spain, India, Egypt, Syria, Iran, Thailand, Bangladesh, Madagascar)
•Manage contracts to ensure strategies, plans and procedures
•Coordinate pre-qualification of contractors and contracts
•Lead teams in very heavy conditions and international culture (desert, jungle, mountains, transition-zone)
•Seismic Crews set up, mobilization and demobilization in worldwide
•Supervision and quality control to oversee all safety, health and environmental aspects during operational period of a seismic crews or facilities for: 2D/3D, vibrator/dynamite, desert/jungle/mountain/transition-zone area
•Audit and Inspection of safety management systems and equipment
•Manage day-to-day client relationships in the field and on the Corporate level, Interface with management, project team, partners, support services and external parties

As a Safety Advisor:
•on the Corporate Level maintaining, implementing and improving the Service Quality (SQ) Management System. Ensures that all organizational specific HSE risks are identified assessed and that appropriate risk management plans are implemented.
•On the Seismic Crews, for the setting up and administering of crew safety management systems, on-site safety training, establishment of safe working practices for all operational departments, Ensures that all accidents are properly notified, investigated, reviewed and followed up, Leads audits program and verifies compliance, Keeps record safety performance indicators.

As Electronic and Instrument Observer:
operate, maintenance and service electronic seismic equipments and Instruments (Sercel 408-428, IO, IVI Vibrators, Geometrix, DAS, Trimble, Leica etc.), maintenance crew generators, telemetric, audiovisual equipments, measuring instruments, mobile phones, radiotelephones and computers. Maintenance and service generators and power suply on the seismic base camps.
