- responsibility for operations of the plant: prodution, maintenance, logistics, construction and technology, quality assurance, data management
- setting up and leading processes improvement projects
- strategic growth planning (people, know-how, buildings, machinery)
- investment planning and execution
- searching for savings opportunities, eliminating wastes
- supervising remuneration and bonus scheme
- supervising maintenance of ISO 9001:2015
- reporting to CEO

Handmade Fittings Production Department
Products: plastic (PVC, PP, PE) fittings for water and sewer systems.

Scope and Accountability:
- controlling day to day operations of the department
- improvement/ remodeling of production processes (Lean Manufacturing)
- quality assurance and schedule adherence
- keeping conformance with ISO standards, meeting HSE requirements
- making decisions on current spendings within budget
- conversion cost control
- SAP key user and data owner for Sochaczew Plant
- participation in introduction of SAP system in 2013 in Sochaczew Plant
- reporting to CEE Operations Director and Plant Manager

Production Manager at Polish subsidiary of Greek plastic strap (PP and PET) production plant.

Scope and Accountability:
- keeping continuous production flow
- ensuring low rework and scrap levels, avoiding bottlenecks
- keeping machinery in proper state (Maintenance Dept.)
- keeping cost, scrap and production volume at budgeted levels
- addressing quality issues (QC Dept.)
- supervision of production scheduling process
- reporting to General/Plant Manager
