• Successful execution of over 100 smaller & bigger releases into customer PROD environments
• Over 6 Mio LIVE user migrations from 6 different countries involving 7 PROD environments
from 2 different locations (MVNO) ended with high customer satisfaction.
• Significant improvement of customer solution stability and reduction of defects on PROD
environments.
• Co-author of transition from fixed price to time & material based projects and manager services.
• Successfully passed ISO:9008 audit on my projects needed for company Polish branch
certification.

• Scrum framework author for one of Wroclaw NSN BSS Competence Center.
