- Responsibilities performed so far
- Implementing and testing of the new business flows in order to allow cooperation with new clients
- Training new employees and preparing them for work in the ERP system
- Submission of requests for modifications or additional functions in the system, as well as testing them on behalf of end users
- Regression testing after the implementation of each major changes in the system
- Supporting other departments in order to solve system errors related to Order To Cash
- Creating tutorials that allow end users to self-resolve minor problems
- Close cooperation with other JTI departments abroad aimed at eliminating the system errors arising and preventing the occurrence of next.
- Maintenance and development of SAP in the area of O2C
