• Produced detailed analysis on CRM systems, which was then used as the main document assisting in successful CRM platform implementation
• Developed research and report writing skills by analyzing new information on customers, target accounts, competitors and drawing conclusions
• Running PAWA’s office during frequent absences of managing director which improved my skills in dealing with business partners and clients by telephone and in person
