• Running a global team of commercial professionals across multiple geographies (US, Guatemala, Poland, India);
• Responsible for talent acquisition and management, people development and people leadership;
Commercial Management

• Liaising with internal Capgemini legal counsels, external Lawyer firms and various teams in order to create contract
positions that deliver win-win positions;
• End-to-end contract negotiations;

• Liaison with Capgemini Group to create a platform for effective and efficient knowledge sharing between different Business Units;
• Responsible for running change management program in commercial area within BPO;
• Driving standardization within Commercial function in BPO.
