Service Line Leader for Application Hosting Services - My second role is connected with leadership across four areas: middleware (web&integration), SAP, Collaboration Services(Lotus, Exchange,Sharepoint), Business Application Services. My duties are to improve collaboration between different teams in the area of hiring, education, new demands analysis, upskilling, workload planning and employees development. I am supporting senior management with knowledge about middleware development strategy across distributed organisation in Wrocław & Katowice.

I am IT passionate

I was working as Websphere & Middleware Team Leader for team consisted of 21 IT Specialists in very fast growing IT environment. My duties were split between managing the team and providing technical expertize 60/40. Also I was taking part in recrutation process by interviewing new candidates and introducing them to the team. Team was multicultural and was supporting middleware products for many European customers (Danish, Finnish, German, French, Benelux, UK). Moreover I was providing L2 and L3 support as subject matter expert in the area of various middleware and enterprise solutions.

Scope: incidents, changes, problem management, security, upgrades, migrations, heltchecks, performance.
Supported Technologies: Websphere App Srv, MQ, Tomcat, Apache, Jboss ...

I was leading the team of eight IT specialists. We provided technical support for applications for part of Austrian Government.
Scope: incidents, changes, updates, releases, projects planning and implementation.
Technology: Apache, JBOSS, Tomcat, Adobe Coldfusion on Linux (RedHat) and Windows Server environment + various customer customized solutions.

I was a technical coordinator and technology specialist during transition project for key Austrian Company xxxxx (Government related). Transferring aprox. 70 application servers - java, php ( Jboss, Apache, Tomcat, Adobe Coldfusion ... ). Leader in technology skill transfer and responsible for knowledge transfer of various customized application (environment Linux,Unix,Windows).

I was working as an IT administrator in multi-technological environment handling more than 100 different application and database servers. My job position was a technical support to business to all internal and external customers of BZWBK. Moreover I took part in various of technological and business projects which fits my skills.
During this time I had chance to coordinate multiple projects implementation in the release management team. I would say about me that I'm technical professional who had skills to work very close to the business.
