Scope of responsibilities:
- Input into and maintain the Process Governance Roadmaps reports in Excel/ PowerPoint.
- Manage the Project Portfolio and all associated reporting.
- Provide a support to higher management from a PMO perspective.
- Coach the team and make improvements quality assessments.
- Manage the Achievements and Exceptions register.
- Drive communication stream across OPM team.
- SharePoint Management (SME) – create and manage the team SharePoint internal site.
