- network administration (firewall, ftp, WWW, Samba servers on Linux Servers), creating users’ data backups, taking care of users computers (based on Windows XP)
- training users
- management and launching data on the company web site
- updating company sales chain database
- coordination and preparation buses schedules and conditions of transport in CorelDraw11

- teaching workers of the factory how to use data-base application, sometimes even how to use the computer, because it was the first time some of the workers had used the computers,
- installation of the computer in sugar factories and installation of application in the computers,
- testing and turning on cars scales interfaces,
- writing manuals for users, manuals agreed with IEEE 1063 Standard of Software User Documentation. They were written both in MS Word and HTML language,
- management of data-base, importing files from older dbf files through Excel and txt to data-base using Interactive SQL console, generating reports from data-base using SQL language, checking if the data stored in data-base is correct,
- the other responsibilities were testing modules of application concerning unexpectedness of the user and the correction of basic mistakes in the code – such as incorrect result of code functions, orthography; more serious mistakes were sending by me to the programmer responsible for this part of the code.
