+ Responsible for domestic and cross-border payments investigations process (including SEPA incidents) for RBS branches in Czech Republic, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Greece and UK:
- Receiving and solving complaints connected to incoming or outgoing payments generated by our
clients or third party banks
- Contacting third party banks and client service (SWIFT, e-mail, phone, fax)
- Generating MT103 and MT202 payments
- Handling incidents
- Escalating urgent complaints for elite clients
- Contacting branch representatives
- Providing support for TBO and payments department

+ Responsible for DKK and SEK clearing process:
- Monitoring nostro and internal accounts
- Processing and re-effecting payments
- Handling returned payments
- Contacting Danish and Swedish central banks
- Responsible for maintenance of liquidity
- Handling interbank deals (O/N, CDs, loans and deposits)
- Responsible for performing tests with Danish and Swedish central banks
- Contacting branch representatives
- Cooperating with payments and investigations departments
- Invoices settlement
- Reconciliations
