- Daily contact with suppliers from all over the word regarding quality related issues
- Negotiations regarding nonconformity parts: sell/scrap processes, recharging processes
- Technical verification of notifications sent to suppliers and an update if necessary
- Preparation of inspection reports and following-up suppliers’ 8D
- Daily verification of 8D reports received from suppliers
- Supplier visits when necessary to review quality issues and to verify last implemented corrective actions described in 8D report, supporting the implementation of Poka-Yoke solutions at supplier
- Daily work in the SAP R/3 environment (quality module)
