- creating and updating technical/functional specifications,
- supporting SAP projects conducted in cooperation with business,
- estimating the workload for technical implementations with other teams and
programmers,
- ensuring compliance with the requirements of corporate and external audit.

As a member of Supply Chain System Team in Sappi Fine Paper, I'm dealing on a daily basis with:

- troubleshooting, supporting all SAP users among the organization regarding logistics processes like: order booking, trucks, containers and vessels transport planning, storing the goods, invoicing, delivering goods from the mill to the end clinet

- providing support and solving issues related to systems used by external partners, mills, transit locations, warehouses (like MICS and 4WARDER)

- assuraning of reciprocal interaction between differnet systems which are used in the logistics processes (IDOCs and telegrams messages)

- preparing master data for Transport Planning and Vehicel Scheduling tools in SAP APO (new routes, means of transportation, transit locations, transportation zones, connections beetween differnet locations, planning profiles)

- beeing responsible for troubleshooting, knowledge transfer and system changes of the project INTTRA - biggest worldwide platform for containers booking process

- chairing calls for Key Users and Logistics Process Leaders. Q&A regarding all topics connected with Supply Chain Systems

- performing training sessions for Key Users from different departaments i.e. Transport Planners, Sales, Overseas Planners

- taking part in the process of system Continous Improvement by creating changes in the system logic and intrefaces. Supporting other departaments in CI process - providing analyzes, giving opinions, preparing change requests of the system for SAP Developers

- creating, updating and claryfing manuals and procedures for the logistics processes

- performing tests of new changes implemented in both, SAP R3 and SAP APO modules.
