Main responsibilities:
HR BP/Employee Relations Responsibilities:
• Acting as the first contact for the management and employees in HR related matters and facilitate communication between operations and Human Resource teams.
• Providing support to the management regarding staff retention, performance management, talent management, succession planning and resourcing needs.
• Building, maintaining and developing relationships with managers in order to diagnose organizational needs, propose solutions aimed at teams and individual development.

• Coordinating the outplacement process of employees.
Recruitment & Employer Branding Responsibilities:
• Managing the team to ensure timely and high quality entire recruiting and hiring processes for all positions.
• Planning and controlling Employer Branding and Recruitment budget.
• Developing and implementing Recruitment and Employer Branding strategies.
• Managing Employer Branding activities.
• Negotiating trading conditions with Employer Branding and recruitment tools suppliers.
• Cooperating with external recruitment agencies.

• Developing and controlling Employer Branding budget.
• Developing creative sourcing solutions to attract potential candidates.
• Cooperating with marketing department to retain coherency in corporate image.
