Development of new production technologies for the company’s Engineering projects, in particular:
- research and development of new formulations that would meet the performance requirements for the desired end-application,
- improvement to present formulations,
- transferring lab scale process into pilot plant, utilizing new and more efficient raw materials

Polymer synthesis and physicochemical characteristics, in particular:
- participation in R&D laboratory group conducting studies on new polymeric drug delivery systems for controlled medicine release based on thermosensitive polymers, aggregation studies using light scattering techniques
- free radical polymerization of methacrylates and acrylates, synthesis of cross-linked structures
- controlled atom transfer radical polymerization
- cationic polymerization of 2-alkyl-2-oxazoline
• Practical Experience with: GC, HPLC, UV-VIS, FL Spectroscopy, Light Scattering Techniques (DLS, SLS), NMR, ESI-MS
