Coordinating AR activities for few countries: Great Britain, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Poland

Responsible for managing the processing of cash receipts * AR postings & reporting, invoicing, collections, journal entry creation, account reconciliations* Generate accounting statements and reports * Research and apply unallocated cash *Oversee accounts receivable write-offs and payment reversals * Organize and maintain up to date financial records *Provide monthly financial and management reports *Maintain contact staff and vendors on receivable matters as directed by controller.

Accounts Receivable - Transition in the USA, takeover and implementation of the clients processes, writing procedures.
Supporting Team Leader in managing group, preparing and revising monthly Critical Service Levels, preparing occasional reports for management purposes, implementation of process changes, preparing monthly reports for a client, processing documents on a daily basis within timeframes set, applying payments received from customers, reconciliation of accounts, preparing statements and periodical reports (internal and for a client), contacting customers in order to sort out different issues, monthly audit, training new team members.
